Ruff has founded Odd Projects, a talent management company that will provide comprehensive rep to starry clients including dance luminary Matt Steffanina, (11.9 million YouTube subscribers) video essayist Nerdwriter (2.9 million), and prank and comedy sketch channel 4YE Originals (636,000).
