Made In Network taps creator economy vet Jeremy Azevedo to oversee content production

Made In Network is leveling up its content team. The organization known for its partnerships with creators like Bailey Sarian and the Babish Culinary Universe has hired Jeremy Azevedo as its Head of Production.

Azevedo will work alongside Made In Network COO Keith Johnson to streamline and oversee all of the company’s creator content, including programming born out of partnerships with brands like WeTransfer and Wayfair. Azevedo’s work will span multiple platforms and will include some full channel builds, according to a Made In Network press release.

The new Made In Network exec comes to the company with a wealth of digital media production experience. Azevedo’s long career in the creator economy has taken him through multiple positions, including gigs at Machinima, Discovery Digital, and 100 Thieves. Most recently, he served as the VP of Branded Content & Development at gaming-oriented talent management firm Loaded.

In recent years, Nashville-based Made In Network has expanded through external partnerships and a $50 million fund

that invests directly in creators. In a statement, Made In CEO Kevin Grosch described Azevedo as “that guy” who can apply a “smart, strategic, and nimble” approach to “lead production for our growing slate of creator and branded programming.”

“Some companies are great at producing high-volume, quick-turn digital content, while others are adept at high-craft, film-quality work. Made In Network is one of the few that is great at both, which is why I’m thrilled to take on this role,” Azevedo added. “The team in place has done an incredible job creating something special, and I can’t wait to help take the company’s production capabilities to new heights.”

Much of Made In’s branded content is produced through StudioMADE, a unit that concocts original, cross-channel programming. More details about that entity (and the rest of Made In’s exploits) can be found on the organization’s website.
