YouTube Rewind Style Has Been Viewed 56 Times…Per Second

In the two weeks since YouTube released its epic video collaboration featuring a Who’s Who of online video stars and personalities recapping the top 10 most viewed YouTube videos released in the last 12 months, that epic video collaboration has been viewed more than 68 million times. That means YouTube Rewind Style has seen a pair of eyeballs at least 4.8 million times per day, 203,600 times per hour, 3,393 times per minute, and 56 times per second since its release. If YouTube was to put together its top 10 list of the most viewed videos of 2012 today, YouTube Rewind Style would rank fourth, behind KONY and just in front of Barack Obama vs. Mitt Romney: Epic Rap Battles Of History.

Whenever a video reaches those kinds of numbers, it’s worth taking a closer look at how that video came to be. And the good people at Seedwell

– who produced, directed, filmed, and edited YouTube Rewind Style – have given us just such a look.
