Jaclyn Hill, a top beauty creator who has been on the platform for roughly a decade and launched an eponymous makeup line in 2019, is diversifying her portfolio.
Hill, 31, has unveiled a long-in-the-works jewelry brand called Jaclyn Roxanne. Products — launching on Nov. 4 — include 28 total necklaces and earrings, ranging in price from $30 for hoop earrings to $165 for a link necklace. Each of the designs is available in gold and silver.
In a launch video (below), Hill says she’s been an avid jewelry lover since her grandmother gifted her with pearls at age eight. And unlike other ventures, including her Morphe collabs and Jaclyn Cosmetics, Hill says that the jewelry venture doesn’t have any outside partners or investors.
In addition to Jaclyn Roxanne, Hill also recently launched ImInIt.com — a marketplace for third-party beauty, fashion, and lifestyle products that Hill organically enthuses about on her social channels. It houses products from small businesses like Seventh Avenue Apothecary candles and Mike’s Hot Honey, and will also vend Jaclyn Roxanne.
While Hill has been a prolific entrepreneur, her ventures have not arrived without controversy. The first-ever Jaclyn Cosmetics launch saw consumers balking that their lipsticks arrived with black holes, hairy fuzz, and a gritty texture.
The company, which soldiered on, ultimately processed full refunds to anyone who bought the lipsticks, even if they didn’t return their purchases.
