Twitter-owned influencer marketing network Niche — which acts as a matchmaker between brands and creators across various social platforms — is set to host its third-ever Creator Day in the U.K.
Niche first launched in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa back in 2015, and, ever since, Creator Day has served as both a networking opportunity for influencers as well as an educational glimpse into what’s popping in the branded space. Slated for Feb. 17 at Twitter’s London headquarters, featured attendees this year include: the newly-independent vlogger Christine Sydelko, beauty guru Em Ford, twin creators and BBC hosts Niki & Sammy, radio presenter Roman Kemp, fitness vlogger Carly Rowena, transgender model and activist Munroe Bergdorf, vloggers Tom Harlock and Jana Vlogs, Irish LGBT activist Riyadh Khalaf, plus-size model Felicity Hayward, and comedy creator Joe Tasker.
The event will commence with a session about creativity featuring the inventor LJ Rich
, followed by a panel in which Sydelko, Kemp, and Bergdorf will look back at the biggest moments on Twitter of 2017. Other panels will address ‘Fantastic Tweets And Where To Find Them’, ‘How To Grow And Nurture Your Social Channel’, and ‘The New Normal’ — in which Khalaf, Hayward, and Jana Vlogs will discuss their respective quests for social change.“This event will focus on the exciting role that creators are playing in shaping trends, brand campaigns, and culture,” said Jo Burford, Niche’s EMEA community manager. Fans can follow the day’s festivities using the hashtag #CD2018 or on the @TwitterUK feed, where Niki and Sammy will be interviewing speakers and guests.
