Everyday close to 100 hours of content is being uploaded to YouTube every minute accompanied by billions of views. It’s never been easier to make a video thanks to the help of the iPhone, other mobile devices and DSLR cameras. Now YouTube (aka Google) is taking it to the next level and creating incubators like the new Youtube Space LA to nurture and train up-and-coming YouTube stars to help them hone their video-making skills, build vibrant communities and possibly reach SuperTuber status.
SuperTuber is a descriptor that may or may not stick, but it’s an easy way to describe those who have achieved super-subscription and view thresholds like The Fine Brothers
, iJustine, Jenna Marbles, Smosh and more. Youtube Space LA was bult to to help them – and the next Fine Brothers, iJustine, Jenna Marbles, and Smosh – get there.Watch the video featuring YouTube Space LA’s Liam Collins and Kathleen Grace and let’s get Behind the Brand to try to crack the code on making entertaining sharable content. And be sure to let me know what you think. Tweet me @
