Lauren Giraldo Collabs With Jewelry Subscription Service Rocksbox

Vine-turned-YouTube star Lauren Giraldo has unveiled her latest business venture — a collaboration with jewelry subscription upstart Rocksbox.

The Giraldo collab marks the first time that the company — which enables subscribers to rent three pieces of designer jewelry per month for $21 — has worked with a social influencer. The Giraldo-curated offering comprises three pieces — Dinah Baguette hoop earrings, a safety pin necklace, and Enzo Huggies earrings in gold

.

Rocksbox, which has raised $10 million in venture funding since its founding in 2012, vends jewelry by noted brands like Kendra Scott and Kate Spade. While Lauren hasn’t designed the pieces in her set, she has curated the triad. And if consumers want to keep a piece of Rocksbox jewelry, they can use their $21 monthly fee toward a purchase. The hoop earrings and necklace in Giraldo’s set are each priced at $51, while the huggie earrings are priced at $46.

In addition to her jewelry venture, Giraldo is also an actress and host, having headlined shows like Lauren Against The Internet for AwesomenessTV and Fullscreen’s Lady Bits With Lauren Giraldo. In the scripted space, she has appeared in Netflix’s Hope Springs Eternal and Brat’s Zoe Valentine. She’s also had enormous success as a brand ambassador, having been tapped as one of the inaugural members of the #TargetTalent fleet — a long-term content partnership slated to roll out on myriad platforms regarding a variety of Target products and events over the next year.

Giraldo counts 918,000 YouTube subscribers and 811,000 Instagram followers. She is represented by Scale Management, Abrams Artists Agency, and Stone, Genow, Smelkinson, Binder & Christopher.
