YouTuber Crypto Crow To Host Bitcoin-Funded TV Show About Cryptocurrencies

As the popularity of cryptocurrencies balloons, a popular YouTuber is using the most notable of those commodities to launch an educational TV program. The Crypto Crow Show, funded by Bitcoin, will be hosted by cryptocurrency investor Jason Appleton and will air on six local stations across the US.

Appleton, known online as the Crypto Crow, has established himself as a savvy voice in the cryptocurrency space. On YouTube, he shares cryptocurrency news items with his viewers, reviews the various products available in the crypto market, and offers investing tips. Despite only launching his Crypto Crow channel in November 2017, he has already attracted more than 73,000 subscribers and received more than four million views.

The Crypto Crow Show will initially consist of 13 episodes, which will feature titles like “What Are Cryptocurrencies?,” “Crypto Mining Vs. Investing,” and “The Future Of Cryptocurrency.” Initially, the show will air on the CBS station in New York

and the CW stations in Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Tampa, Atlanta, and Detroit. Potential viewers who live outside of those markets will be able to find The Crypto Crow Show on Roku.

In a video he shared on his YouTube channel, Appleton explained that he bought time on local stations using Bitcoin. Should his initial run of episodes prove successful, he may have an opportunity to expand The Crypto Crow Show to additional markets and stations. The Crypto Crow Show is expected to premiere during the week of June 25.
