TikTok star Eitan Bernath is the latest creator to find fame on the platform to sign with a top talent agency.
The 18-year-old, best known for his cooking-themed videos on the micro-video platform, will work with WME, according to The Hollywood Reporter. The deal arrives as Bernath — best known for his love of exotic dishes — readies several new ventures, including added content on Instagram’s episodic hub, IGTV, as well as publishing his first cookbook.
While New Jersey-based Bernath has appeared on The Food Network on two occasions, competing on Chopped and Guy Fieri’s Guy’s Grocery Games, he currently counts 994,000 followers on TikTok, 33,000 YouTube subscribers, and 135,000 subscribers on Instagram. Bernath also publishes a weekly email newsletter, per the Reporter, and operates his own production company, Eitan Productions.
Other talent agencies who have signed TikTok stars in recent months include: A3 Artists Agency (Avani Gregg, Andre Swilley, and Tayler Holder); UTA (the D’Amelio family; Brittany Tomlinson); and WME (Addison Rae, Chase Hudson, and The Hype House as a brand).
