UTA has added OG beauty and fashion creator Carli Bybel to its digital creator arsenal. The talent agency will rep Bybel, 29, in all areas of her career on a global basis.
Bybel counts 16 million fans across all of her social platforms, including 6.2 million YouTube subscribers and 4.9 million Instagram followers. She has also launched co-branded beauty products with the likes of BH Cosmetics and Il Makiage, as well as a fashion collab with U.K. retailer Missguided — all of which promptly sold out, per UTA, and shut down each company’s website upon launch.
In addition to her fashion and beauty acumen, Bybel — who hails from New Hersey — also harnesses her platform for philanthropy, having most recently hosted a giveaway in which she paid two followers’ bills for the month of April, including rent, utilities, and cell phone. Bybel was also named global ambassador for the WAH Foundation in 2017 — an NGO that works to improve the lives of women and children in rural Cambodia. Bybel operates a scholarship program with the foundation which provides college education to 120 girls annually.
Bybel was formerly repped by CAA.
