Grace Helbig’s latest YouTube video sees her valiantly attempt to Press’n Seal her way to success in a wild cooking adventure.
The veteran comedian, who has 2.8 million subscribers on the platform and is perhaps best known for her various projects with longtime collaborator Mamrie Hart, today unveiled the Moving Kitchen Challenge, sponsored by Glad. In the video, Helbig has to use a well-stocked, fully kitted-out kitchen to put together a beautiful, Instagram-worthy poke bowl. Not too hard, right?
Wrong. The problem with Hellbig’s well-stocked, fully-kitted-out kitchen is that it’s built on top of a flatbed trailer. And that trailer is being pulled off-road by a pickup truck.
All of Helbig’s ingredients are prepped and sealed inside bowls with Glad’s Press’n Seal wrap. Her job: crack them open and get them all in the same bowl in a tasty and semi-presentable fashion while the truck and trailer bump their way across a grassy field.
The video is produced by content studio Portal A. If the premise sounds familiar, that’s because it’s a follow-up to a Streamy-winning 2018 Press’n Seal campaign that featured fellow YouTube foodie and comedian Hannah Hart making a burrito while hanging upside down.
“We so loved last year’s work with Hannah, and it was so impactful for the Press’n Seal brand, that doubling down on our commitment was an easy choice,” Nick Montgomery, associate director of marketing for Glad’s parent company Clorox, said in a statement. “We love being a partner creating content that can break through the noise, and working with creators allows for that in ways traditional advertising doesn’t.”
