European MCN Divimove Signs Burgeoning Dutch Vlogger Dylan Haegens

Divimove, the Berlin-based multi-channel network, has added to its starry creator roster with Dutch vlogger Dylan Haegens, who has amassed roughly 2 million YouTube subscribers on the strength of his slickly-produced comedy clips.

Divimove, which is one of the MCN subsidiaries of Luxembourg-based media conglomerate RTL Group, will work with 26-year-old Haegens to expand the reach of his existing social channels and monetize his content through “sustainable” brand partnerships, audience development, and digital rights management, the company said. Haegens and his partner Marit Brugman operate three total channels — Dylan Haegens, Team Dylan Haegens, and Marit Tussen de Mannen  — that have clocked upwards of 900 million views and 2 million subscribers to date.

“Divimove and I speak the same language and share a great passion for social video and creative content,” Haegens said in a statement. “I’m very happy to become a member of the Divimove family and have the opportunity to follow our first few successful projects together by working alongside the experienced team in Amsterdam on a long-term basis.”

In addition to his burgeoning YouTube empire, Haegens also publishes his own magazine, De Dylan, and is set to release his first film titled De Film Van Dylan Haegens (which translates to The Dylan Haegens Movie).
