Clevver, the Defy Media-owned digital brand focused on beauty and lifestyle content, is doubling down on its Facebook Watch output with the launch of two new shows this week — both in the home makeover space.
Today, Clevver will unveil Marketplace Makeover, hosted by digital personality Loryn Powell. The 12-episode series, rolling out weekly, will follow Clevver creators as they attempt to DIY strange creations using household items found on the Facebook Marketplace — such as a mobile coffee complex and a doggie duplex — and then gift them to fellow influencers. The ensuing creations are intended to be highly Instagrammable, and must be composed of items costing no more than $100.
In Hollywood Estate Date, which launches its own 12-week run on Friday, Clevver creators will haul unique items from estate sales across Los Angeles in a bid to redecorate the rooms of fellow Clevver castmates. In each episode, host Joslyn Davis will meet up with creators from the Clevver universe who are seeking to refurnish problematic spaces within their homes. Viewers will then weigh in using a new in-video polling feature on Facebook Watch to help determine whether the makeover succeeded or failed.

Some of the Clevver influencers set to appear on the series include Lily Marston, Erin Robinson, Drew Dorsey, Traci Stumpf, Ava Gordy, Sinead de Vries, and Jarrett Sleeper.
Clevver launched its first Facebook Watch original, The Mirror Challenge With Iskra, back in May. That show, which preached a message of self-love, has clocked over four million views to date over the course of its five episode run. And Defy’s other brands are set to launch originals on Facebook Watch in coming weeks as well, including Smosh‘s previously-announced What Your [Blank] Tells Her, which will aim to decipher the unspoken language that guys use with women.
