Cotton Inc., a marketing organization whose aim is to improve the demand for and profitability of cotton, is teaming up with leading multi-channel network Studio71 on a multi-faceted digital campaign to further its mission.
The campaign, dubbed Leave Comfort To Clothes, originally launched in April and serves to encourage people to take risks in life — knowing that their cotton garments will remain reliable. Beginning today, Studio71 creators will share videos showcasing ways in which they have left their comfort zones — including skydiving and sharing uber-personal struggles (like hyperhidrosis, a condition that causes excessive sweating). At the same time, social stars will share some of their favorite cotton clothing items that have aided them in these acts of courage.
Participating creators include beauty and lifestyle vloggers Jackie Aina, Jeanine Amapola, Jordan O’Brien of The Gentleman’s Cove, and Lindsey Hughes, and daily vloggers the Beau Brothers and LiveEachDay‘s Cory and Kristen Williams.
Clothes selected by each of the above stars will be available for purchase on Cotton Inc.’s consumer-facing website, TheFabricOfOurLives.com, for 90 days. The partnership with Studio71 also includes Cotton Inc. pre-roll spots produced by the network and distributed across its vast array of channels.
The Leave Comfort To Clothes campaign was developed by DDB New York.
