5 Second Films Releases First Teaser For Its Feature Film

5 Second Films has stopped releasing daily videos on YouTube, but the troupe of short-form superstars still have plenty of projects on its plate. Chief among those projects is Dude Bro Party Massacre III, an upcoming 90-minute feature film funded by a $200,000 Kickstarter campaign. While the film still doesn’t have an exact release date, it does have a teaser, which was recently released on the 5 Second Films YouTube channel.

Judging from the teaser, Dude Bro Party Massacre III will feature all of 5SF’s familiar faces, an intentionally campy production style, and lots of blood. 5SF has also promised to release a new trailer each week leading up to the film’s debut.

The Dude Bro teaser is just one part of what has been a revitalized online video presence for 5SF. Recently, the channel has posted new five-second films

based on suggestions from Kickstarter backers. Another recent video recaps the progress of Dude Bro, from the launch of its Kickstarter to the present.

In addition, 5SF has arrived on the platform where it always belonged: Vine. 5SF was making super-short-form videos long before the Twitter-owned video capture app was a thing, but there’s no denying the channel’s library is a good fit on the six-second service. On 5SF’s Vine channel, a combination of old favorites and new sketches provide daily entertainment for subscribers. Check it out if you’d like to relive the 5SF oeuvre, and subscribe to the 5SF YouTube channel if you’re looking for additional Dude Bro updates.
