Made Man Celebrates ‘Men Of The Moment’ Like ‘Breaking Bad’ Creator

Movember may be over, but that isn’t stopping the Made Man channel from celebrating a prominent man who happens to rock a sweet mustache. Breaking Bad creator Vince Gilligan is the first honoree for the men’s lifestyle channel’s second annual Men of the Moment program, which celebrates noteworthy and inspiring men from the year past.

Made Man’s method of ‘celebrating’ Gilligan is a long interview, in which the Virginia native recalls his origins as a filmmaker and his feelings about his recently completed TV masterpiece. Since Breaking Bad‘s finale is still reverberating among the show’s fanbase, Gilligan’s interview is a worthwhile watch–especially since he comes off as honest, genuine, and thoughtful.

The Men of the Moment hub is available on the Made Man website, which is part of the Defy Media network.

Beyond Gilligan, ‘Men of the Moment’ will also honor other guys who have made their mark in 2013. Other honorees include cowboy hat-wearing Boston bombing hero Carlos Arredondo, mixologist Alex Day, and the two founders of new social media network Ideapod. In other words, it’s a mix of the Internet, alcohol, and steely resolve–all the things the 21st century man needs to survive.
