‘Arrested Development’ Trailer Reintroduces World To The Crazy Bluths

The fourth season of Arrested Development will arrive on Neflix on May 26th, a date I can recall off the top of my head because it’s marked on my calendar with a heart and a smiley face. In anticipation of the show’s return, YouTube channel ENTV has posted a trailer, where viewers can see that the Bluths are just as crazy and dysfunctional as ever.

All of the characters from the original series are back. We get to see the first of what is sure to be many more ‘kissing cousins’ jokes between George Michael and Maeby, a few of Gob’s most recent magic ‘illusions‘, and, in honor of Mother’s Day, the continuing love/hate relationship between Buster and his mother Lucille. If you know what I’m referring to, I hope you’re getting excited, and if you don’t, well, what are you doing reading this article? You only have thirteen more days to watch Arrested Development

before the new season comes out. Go, do it now, you don’t have time to waste!

The trailer is only one part of the marketing campaign for Netflix’s new show. In addition, individual posters have been released featuring each of Arrested Development’s nine leads along with others that recall iconic symbols from the series. One of those symbols is the Bluth banana stand, which has also been featured on a real life tour, bringing frozen bananas everywhere from London to LA. Personally, I’m surprised that rabid fans have refrained from tearing open the stand in search of the money inside.
