Quick Clicks: Ryan Higa 3M Subscribers, Zombie Holiday, ‘Temp Life’, ‘NOTZK’, ‘The Guild’

Ok, ok, settle down web video fans, “Quick Clicks” is back by popular demand. (Who knew, you fine readers actually prefer reading fewer words per story..)

Ryan Higa, aka nigahiga, the number 1 most subscribed channel on YouTube officially cracked the 3 million subscriber mark, making his the first ever channel to do so. It comes just a year after taking over the top spot from longtime topper Fred. Could it be Higa’s starring role in WongFu’s YouTube 35-minute film Agents of Secret Stuff that put him over the edge? Naturally, he made a video to commemorate. [nigahiga on YouTube]

Holiday videos are everywhere this week, but how many of them are Zombie Holiday videos? The Guild director Sean Becker helmed this 50’s throwback instructional video (below) for “ensuring a happy home during this zombie-infested holiday season.” Spotted in the video are Team Unicorn’s

Rileah Vanderbilt, Michele Boyd, Milynn Sarley and Clare Grant along with SOLO’s Jonathan Nail amongst others. [TeamUnicornFTW on YouTube]

The Temp Life is still the longest running branded entertainment series thanks to generous sponsor Spherion, and Season 5 of the temp agency spoof web series doesn’t show signs of trailing off. The latest episode, “The Other Roeder” brings on the original lonelygirl15 herself, Jessica Rose, to star as Taryn Southern as sister to the quirky midwesterner Nancy Roeder. Not to mention The Bannen Way’s Mark Gantt, Squatters’ Brendan Bradley, The Legend of Neil’s Sandeep Parikh and new regular Craig Beirko. [Temp Life on MyDamnChannel]

GOLD: Night of the Zombie King, the dramatic spinoff of the Streamy-nominated gamer comedy GOLD is out today with their second episode—”When Black Roses Bloom.” If you are at all curious about just how exactly tabletop RPG gaming works, you need to watch this (below). And even if that’s not your thing, it’s still a compelling story of friends reunited. [GOLD: Night of the Zombie King]
