Sapnap-signed Cheez-Its are now on Walmart shelves

Sapnap‘s face is officially a snack.

The Dream SMP co-founder/NRG co-owner teamed up with Walmart and Kellanova (formerly Kellogg) to design his very own edition of Cheez-Its.

Now that edition is up for sale on walmart.com, emblazoned with an illustrated portrait of him.

And, oh yeah, every single box is hand-signed.

Sapnap’s announcement video shows him signing mountains of Cheez-It boxes with a Sharpie. “The packaging was inspired by my community’s amazing fanart and my love for anime,” he says in the video. “This special limited time only signed packaging is only available on walmart.com while supplies last.”

In a post on LinkedIn, Walmart’s director of merchandise Kyle Lanham added that Sapnap, Walmart, and Kellanova “have been working on this collaboration for two years now.”

The box is listed on walmart.com as the “Special Sapnap Edition.” It’s 21 oz, the same as a family-sized box of Cheez-Its, and costs $5.78, also the same price as a regular box. In addition to Sapnap illustrations, each box is printed with a “Did you know?” section featuring three Sapnap facts.

As part of the promo for his box, Sapnap has been posting Cheez-It-sponsored content across his socials, including a YouTube video where his partner in snack gave him a series of challenges to speedrun in Minecraft.

It’s not surprising that, out of all the big-box retailers, Walmart is the one that went in on this deal. It’s embraced content creator-led brands for years, from snapping up an exclusive deal on Ryan’s World toy lines back in 2018 to stocking products from MrBeast, Addison Rae, Aphmau, Unspeakable, and more. Depending on how Sapnap’s Cheez-Its sell, we can probably expect to see more signed creator swag on Walmart shelves in the future.
