If you want to get in a little shopping before you sit down to watch Super Bowl LX on February 8, some screaming deals will be available on Whatnot. As part of a weekend-long “Big Game. Big Deals.” promotion, the live auction platform has teamed up with MrBeast for a Super Bowl Sunday stream that will feature $1 million worth of giveaways.
MrBeast, the leading YouTuber known IRL as Jimmy Donaldson, will host the supersized sweepstakes on his official Whatnot account. The one-hour show will kick off at 10 PM PT on the eighth and will be streamed live from the Bay Area, where Super Bowl LX will begin a few hours later.
The items Donaldson will give away on his stream will include a Lamborghini Spyder, a San Francisco 49ers Super Bowl ring, and a literal gold bar. He’ll be joined by some guests, including Logan Paul, FaZe Lacy, and Gary Vaynerchuk.
“We’ve never done anything like this, so livestreaming from the Big Game seemed like the perfect place to give away all these awesome prizes,” Donaldson told People. “From Tom Brady rookie cards and Birkin Bags to Bob Ross Paintings, there’s something rare and iconic for everyone.”
Donaldson has been generating a lot of headlines leading up to Super Bowl Sunday. As platforms tell brands they need to work with creators to reach younger audiences (and as brands heed that message) Salesforce has enlisted Donaldson to helm its 30-second Big Game spot.
Putting creators in ads is a good idea, but Whatnot’s Super Bowl activation presents an entirely different option: What if brands met creators on the platforms that are driving the creator economy? After enjoying a banner year in 2025, Whatnot — which hosts 500,000 hours of live programming per week — has predicted that 2026 will be the year that live shopping goes mainstream. A MrBeast-sized show during the ad industry’s biggest weekend seems like a great way for Whatnot to show that the future of shopping is headed in its direction.
Whatnot users have the chance to make the occassion even bigger. A 48-hour countdown room will open on February 6, and Super Bowl tickets will be given away later that day. If the stream reaches 50,000 concurrent viewers, World Cup tickets will be added to the prize pool. That’s a lofty goal, but when you team up with MrBeast, aiming high is the only way to go.
