Connor Wood, known as ‘Fibula’ on TikTok, sees early sell-outs for 11-city comedy tour

After building a fan base through short-form videos and podcasting, Connor Wood is taking his show on the road. The funnyman known as Fibula is heading out on a comedy tour that will hit at least 11 U.S. cities.

Wood routinely reels in millions of views with quick-hitting comedy videos that turn ordinary situations into ridiculous scenarios. When not adding to the Fibula library, Wood co-hosts Brooke and Connor Make A Podcast along fellow TikToker Brooke Averick. Wood and Averick’s show is distributed through TMG Studios, the podcasting hub led by Tiny Meat Gang co-hosts Cody Ko and Noel Miller.

During his 11-city swing, Wood will bring his low-key comedic stylings off the screen and into the club. His tour is titled Fibs & Friends, which is both a Fox News pun and an allusion to the guest stars who will join Wood at his shows. One of Wood’s TMG brethren will be on tour at the same time he is. Noel Miller recently announced a cross-country event series called New Supply, which will follow on the heels of his new comedy special Stop Crying.

Wood’s tour is set to begin on February 29 in Seattle. Two months later, Fibula will complete his 11-city run with a date in Denver on April 28. He also indicated that he could add to his schedule before all is said and done.

“I’m beyond excited to hit the road in 2024 to meet, laugh, and make fun of all your beautiful faces,” Wood said in a statement. “Touring has been a dream of mine since the beginning, and it feels surreal to announce my first 11 cities (with more to come!) and I’m thrilled to bring some of my funniest friends along for the ride. Prepare for dopamine levels to soar!”

It didn’t take long before Wood started selling out some of his tour dates. On the same day he announced Fibs and Friends, he sold out both of his shows at The Bell House in Brooklyn. Anyone who wants to see this upstart young stand-up in action will need to act quickly if they hope to catch him during his trans-American adventure.
