Talent management firm Digital Brand Architects (DBA) has promoted both Ariana Pappas (pictured above, right) and Alix Frank (left) to VPs of talent. Both previously served as directors of talent.
DBA, which is owned by United Talent Agency, notes that both Pappas and Frank have been with DBA since its early years, working to transform the landscape of the creator economy.
Frank, for her part, helped launch DBA’s food division, and cultivated creators like The Home Edit, The Skinny Confidential, Half Baked Harvest, and TikToker Jessica Woo. Pappas was one of DBA’s earliest managers, and oversees clients like Amber Fillerup, Olivia Perez, and Caila Quinn.
As VPs of talent, Pappas and Frank will continue to manage their aforementioned rosters, while focusing on growth for the team at large.
Last month, DBA elevated SVP Hilary Williams to partner alongside CEO Raina Penchansky and president Vanessa Laherty.
