VidCon Announces Initial Speaker And Sponsor Lineups, Adds To ‘Featured Creators’ Roster

VidCon has today announced the execs that will populate its initial programming in Anaheim this year, including top names from YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest, Community, TikTok, and Chipotle.

The speaker lineup is now live on VidCon’s website, featuring appearances by Pinterest head of content and creator partnerships Aya Kanai, Chipotle’s VP of digital Tressie Liebermann, Community founder and CEO Matt Peltier, Facebook’s VP of entertainment products Paresh Rajwat, YouTube Originals head of innovations Ben Relles, YouTube Shorts product lead Todd Sherman, and TikTok’s managing director of global strategy and operations Ray Cao.

Tickets for VidCon — slated for Oct. 21 to 24 at the Anaheim Convention Centerare on sale now, with a virtual attendance option available for the first time.

At the same time, the company announced several sponsors joining title sponsor TikTok, including platform partner Snap, and presenting sponsor Discord. Other activations will be hosted by Jellysmack, Blackmagic Design, Rooster Teeth, BEN Group, Wrapbook, and Game Grumps.

And finally, VidCon unveiled the latest slate of Featured Creators, who will participate in panel discussions, meet-and-greets, and other events. They are: TikTok makeup artist Abby Roberts, beauty creator Yoatzi Castro, Roblox vlogger LeahAhe, comedian Jason Rodelo, fashion influencer Cosette Rinab, actress Sophie Fergi, twinfluencers The Montes Twins, teacher-turned-TikTok star Mr. Hamilton, TikTok comic BenOfTheWeek, disability rights activist Imani Barbarin, and musicians CG5 and Lil XXel.
