Hello Sunshine CFO Liz Jenkins Joins Snap’s Board Of Directors

Snap has announced its latest board member, an executive who hails from Reese Witherspoon’s Hello Sunshine production company — the studio behind Witherspoon-starring TV series like The Morning Show and Little Fires Everywhere.

Liz Jenkins, who serves as Hello Sunshine’s chief financial officer, joined Snap’s board of directors on December 10, where she will serve on the audit committee — which is responsible for oversight of the company’s financial reporting process.

“I’m delighted to join the Snap board and to have the opportunity to work with Evan [Spiegel], Michael [Lynton, the chairman of Snap’s board], and my fellow directors during what is clearly a very exciting time for the company,” Jenkins said in a statement. “Snap’s ability to rapidly innovate combined with its commitment to build a durable long term relationship with its community and its partners is inspiring and I’m eager to get started.”
