Emma Chamberlain Graces Cover Of Latest ‘Allure’ Magazine

Emma Chamberlain is solidifying her status as a fashion influencer, with the unveiling of her latest high-fashion magazine cover — this time for the June/July issue of beauty bible Allure.

While the photos were taken pre-pandemic, Chamberlain conducted the interview for the feature in isolation, wherein she discussed her various entrepreneurial endeavors: an ongoing brand deal with Louis Vuitton, a newly-rebranded podcast dubbed Anything Goes with Ramble, and an eponymous coffee company. She also discussed how the coronavirus has slowed the frenzied pace of maintaining a buzzing YouTube channel, with 8.9 million subscribers and roughly 30 million monthly views.

“I can’t put in my two-week notice and then go and do a little vacation, because I’m my own boss,” she says. “Weekends are not off for me. Nighttime, morning, early in the morning, there are no limits…I’ve been going for two years straight. So this is kind of a nice forced break.”

And Chamberlain, 18, also discussed the kind of legacy she hopes to leave: to inspire people on the internet to be themselves. “Since I started on YouTube, many people are being so much more real,” she said, “and I would like to think that I added to that, that I helped make people feel better in their own skin.”

This is Chamberlain’s second major magazine cover in recent months; she also graced the February cover of Cosmopolitan.
