WME Hires 2 Former FaZe Clan Execs As Gaming Agents

WME has hired two new agents in its digital department that will be exclusively focused on supercharging its gaming efforts.

The new agents are Conor Beesemyer and Richard Webb, The Hollywood Reporter reports, both whom formerly worked at leading esports organization FaZe Clan. Beesemyer served as a talent manager — and later partnerships manager — at FaZe, while Webb formerly served as the VP of sales.

At WME, both agents will seek to identify new gaming talent — including content creators and digitally-focused companies — with whom WME can partner. Beesemyer and Webb will report to WME digital co-heads Chris Jacquemin and Jad Dayeh. Prior to joining FaZe Clan, Beesemyer had worked in business development at ad company Kiosked, while Webb spent a decade at Major League Gaming.
