After a decade on YouTube, fashion and beauty vlogger Claudia Sulewski’s career is culminating (to date) with a Nordstrom collaboration.
The 23-year-old, who has over 2 million subscribers across two channels, has teamed with Nordstrom’s BP brand — for younger consumers — on a clothing and accessories collection aptly dubbed Claudia Sulewski x Nordstrom BP. Sulewski announced the pact in a teary YouTube video yesterday, though the collection — comprising shoes, clothes, jewelry, hair accessories, and pajamas — officially launches online and in 33 Nordstrom stores on Aug. 21.
In addition to her turn as a designer, Sulewski has also flexed her acting chops in various AwesomenessTV originals, including Tagged and The Commute. Nordstrom has previously pacted with other influencers on clothing collabs, including Chriselle Lim.
“Nordstrom has been a store that I have shopped at my entire life. So when the opportunity came, I immediately knew that this was an exciting one and probably the coolest thing I have ever done thus far,” Sulewski told Teen Vogue, for whom she formerly served as a YouTube host. “And maybe will ever do.”
While the collection captures Sulewski’s personal style, she says that the line is a mix of both funky and sporty aesthetics. The collection will also be size-inclusive, Sulewski says, ranging from XXS to 4XL.
“If we’re talking patterns, the purple leopard print has got to be my favorite, which is on the miniskirt and a tank,” she added. “My favorite look is wearing the same pattern together, like little match sets. There’s so many cool things, but I think for accessories, the black patent-leather backpack is my favorite because it also turns into a purse when you pull the strap.”
Prices will range from $16 to $90. You can check out a teaser below:
