Rare Global, the boutique digital talent management company that says its fleet counts 1.8 billion lifetime views and 50 million cumulative subscribers, has signed three new creators to its roster across the fashion, beauty, and lifestyle verticals.
First up is Amber Scholl (pictured above), who counts 2.8 million YouTube subscribers, and is best known for her comedic Broke Bitch Tips series. Scholl has collaborated on sponsored content with the likes of Reebok and Amazon. Cydnee Black, a beauty vlogger who was previously repped by Ipsy, empowers viewers to be individuals with her content, per Rare. She counts 742,000 subscribers and has worked with the likes of Shiseido and Olay. Finally, fellow Ipsy alum Jessica Vu — who counts 704,000 subscribers — has also joined the Rare family. (Both Scholl and Black are also repped by Abrams Artists
on the agency side).“These creators have a fresh combination of personality and ambition,” Rare CEO Ashley Villa said in a statement. “We’re excited to embolden their vision — to leverage the success of what they’ve done with their digital platforms to help them build lasting brands.”
Villa runs Rare with her partner, Ivy Cavic, who joined the company as partner last May. Rare handles digital and traditional career support, contract negotiation, licensing, brand deals, and media strategy. Other clients include some of YouTube’s biggest beauty and lifestyle creators, including Jenn Im, Jackie Aina, Wengie, Stephanie Villa, and Alyssa ‘Forever’ Wallace.
