Twitch has announced that its fifth annual TwitchCon will return to the San Diego Convention Center from Sept. 27 to 29.
The community celebration event — where streamers, fans, game developers, publishers, and brands all convene for informative panels and networking opportunities — was previously held in San Diego in 2016. Last year, the event was hosted at McEnery Convention Center in San Jose, Calif. Twitch says that TwitchCon annually attracts “tens of thousands” of attendees. And for the first time this year, Twitch will also host its first-ever TwitchCon Europe event in Berlin this April.
Details on TwitchCon 2019 are still scant, with ticket sales, calls for content suggestions, partner appearances, exhibitors, and a programming schedule slated to roll out in coming months.
Tickets for TwitchCon Europe — which will feature appearances from Sacriel, Pokimane, Yassuo, Shlorox, and Elajjaz — are available now, starting at $45 for a one-day pass.
