Casey Neistat Is Hiring A Head Of Gaming At His ‘368’ Startup. Here’s How To Apply.

Want to join Casey Neistat’s fledgling 368 venture — which is part startup, part collaborative workspace, part production company?

The storied daily vlogger announced yesterday that 368’s physical headquarters — located at 368 Broadway in New York City — are finally built up enough that he can begin to staff the company. One of the first sectors of the digital realm that Neistat wants to pursue is gaming. And while he has begun to stream on his own Twitch channel in recent weeks, Neistat is ultimately looking for a more seasoned gaming staffer to lead this charge. In a vlog posted yesterday (see below), he said that the head of gaming position will entail helping 368 hire other gaming staffers, host esports tournaments, and helm overall strategy, including the physical layout of its technical facilities.

“This is also the first position at 368 that I’m crowdsourcing,” Neistat said, “because I genuinely believe that this role could be filled by someone of any gender, of any background, from anywhere on planet earth, and any age.” Neistat is asking that interested applicants send a cover letter explaining why they’re right for the gig at 368gaming@caseyneistat.com, noting that anybody who shows up in person will automatically be disqualified.

In addition to the forthcoming hire, Neistat has recruited entrepreneurial stars like Reddit co-founder Alexis Ohanian and Patreon founder Jack Conte to serve as collaborators on 368. Beyond gaming, Neistat says that the company could eventually entail podcasting and retail arms.
