It Looks Like The KSI-Logan Paul Boxing Match Will Happen On August 25 At 21,000-Seat Arena

More rumors have popped up about the most hotly-anticipated boxing match in YouTube history. If the information included in a tweet sent out by Logan Paul is accurate, the controversial YouTube star will fight boisterous Brit Olajide “KSI” Olatunji on August 25 at the 21,000-seat Manchester Arena in Manchester, UK.

After he defeated fellow YouTuber Joe Weller in a highly-publicized boxing match last month, Olatunji immediately began to trash talk Logan Paul and his brother Jake, inviting them to go a few rounds with him in the ring. In response to that chatter, Logan Paul indicated that he would indeed respond to Olatunji’s challenge. “Yes,” he said in a vlog he released later in February, “it looks like I am fighting KSI.”

Now, more details about that bout are coming into view. Paul tweeted the contract Olatunji’s team has presented to him, and while he covered up most of the information contained in the document, he made sure to keep both the date of the event and its location visible.

While its not clear whether Paul has actually signed that contract, his decision to reveal two key pieces of information is telling. As his and KSI’s fans get excited about the upcoming bout, the two YouTube stars have met face-to-face for some pre-fight chatter.

The Manchester Arena seats nearly three times as many people as the Copper Box Arena, where Olatunji boxed Weller. That said, expect the larger venue to fill up; Paul has nearly 17 million YouTube subscribers, while Olatunji has more than 18 million of his own.
