Lisa Filipelli’s Flip Management Firm Hires Talent Manager Stephanie Piza

Flip Management, the digital talent management firm launched by industry stalwart Lisa Filipelli, has announced the hire of Stephanie Piza (pictured above).

Piza, who has been named talent manager at Flip, will be based out of the company’s Los Angeles headquarters and work closely with Filipelli on representation of vlogger-actors Kian Lawley and Jc Caylen. Piza’s portfolio also includes Vine phemon-turned-YouTube star Jay Versace, and Elisa Johnson — who is the daughter of Magic Johnson and whose fashion-forward Instagram posts have helped her amass roughly 330,000 followers. At launch, Flip’s client roster included Tyler Oakley, Ingrid Nilsen, Heart Defensor, and more.

Prior to joining Flip Management, Piza was a talent manager at AwesomenessTV

-owned Big Frame — which is where Filipelli also worked before she departed her post as VP of talent to launch her own company in May. Prior to Big Frame, Piza also worked in the digital talent and brand partnerships department at CAA.
