After Twitter Lovefest, h3h3productions And Steve-O Link Up For Collab

Sometimes all it takes is a simple tweet to convene a collab among today’s top influencers.

Yesterday, noted prankster Steve-O shared that he’d discovered the YouTube channel h3h3productions, and had become an instant fan. “I am now dying to do something with Ethan,” Steve-O tweeted. “Hit me up, Dawg!” The very next day, h3h3productions — a YouTube commentary channel comprising husband-and-wife duo Ethan and Hila Klein — took him up on the offer. Though it remains to be seen what shape their collaboration will take, Steve-O hinted that things were “getting scandalous.”

Steve-O isn’t a YouTube newbie by any stretch. After launching his channel

back in 2013 and subsequently partnering with Maker Studios, he has today amassed roughly 3.7 million subscribers thanks to a collection of eye-popping pranks and stunts.

H3h3productions, meanwhile, has made waves of late within the online video community after falsely accusing The Wall Street Journal of doctoring screenshots in order to precipitate an ad boycott on YouTube, where several bold-faced marketers pulled their spend after discovering that ads had run alongside extremist videos spouting hate-speech and calls to violence. The Kleins, who count 3.8 million subscribers, have also posted collaboration videos with other buzzworthy figures in pop culture including Ken Bone and DJ Khaled.
