Here’s How To Stream All Of Today’s Presidential Inauguration Day Proceedings Online

Donald Trump will be sworn into office as the 45th President of the United States later this morning, and, as with many of the history-making moments of the 2016 Presidential Campaign, there will be wall-to-wall live coverage of today’s proceedings online.

YouTube, which streamed Inauguration coverage live in 2013 as well, is partnering with seven media organizations — including NBC News, CBS News, Telemundo, C-SPAN, Bloomberg Politics, USA Today, and The Washington Post — to provide day-long coverage. Some of the aforementioned channels will even provide 360-degree and 4K video streams.

Twitter, on the other hand, named PBS NewsHour as its exclusive broadcast partner, with coverage available to both logged-in and logged-out users right here from 11am to 5pm ET.

Additionally, The Young Turks, the largest online news network in the world, will provide 12-hour coverage beginning at 9am on Inauguration Day across YouTube (see below), Facebook, and Twitter, and it claims to be the only digital network to do so simultaneously. The Young Turks will also be utilizing Twitter’s newly-announced Periscope 360 feature to provide an extra-immersive glimpse at the goings-on.

And CNN will be streaming its television coverage of the Inauguration on cnn.com

— available via desktops and mobile devices — for 24 hours. Coverage kicked off this morning at 6am ET.

After America’s Got Talent contestant Jackie Evancho sings the National Anthem and Trump is sworn into office around 11:30am ET, he will deliver his Inaugural Address, whereupon the Inaugural Parade will make its way down Pennsylvania Avenue beginning around 3pm ET.

Planners are anticipating 900,000 attendees this year, notes Vox — roughly half the number that turned out for President Barack Obama’s Inauguration in 2008, and roughly the same number of protesters that are set to arrive at the capital tomorrow as part of the Women’s March On Washington, which will be live streamed by Democracy  Now! from 10am ET to 3PM ET right here.

In addition to the forthcoming Women’s March, there are a number of individuals and outlets showing their distaste and or opposition to the new President by way of live streaming, too. One of whom, is Perez Hilton. The pop culture pundit will be broadcasting live from the Presidential Inauguration by way of Live.me under the banner of #InaugurationBoycott.
