As her two sons Nash and Hayes Grier pursue myriad bold-faced ventures across the digital landscape — including a Bret Easton Ellis series for Fullscreen and an interactive mobile game, respectively — digtal media matriach Elizabeth Grier-Floyd has launched her very own southern lifestyle channel on YouTube, which was first announced back in August.
The channel, which is produced in collaboration with Awestruck — a division of AwesomenessTV that targets millennial moms — officially went live last week and already features a handful of videos with thousands of views apiece. In addition to a recipe video for vegan corn salsa — co-starring her seven-year-old daughter and fellow social media maven Skylynn — Grier-Floyd also shared a personal clip titled How I Found My Voice about how she dealt with the death of her father at a young age and with a divorce later on in life.
Her latest video, however, is a Thanksgiving vlog with her famous family in their hometown of Moorsville, N.C. — complete with homemade gravy, the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, and pumpkin pie. Check it out right here:
Other creators signed to Awestruck include Molly Sims, GloZell, Mario Lopez, Kandee Johnson, and Louise Pentland.
