Aziz Ansari To Bring A Second Stand-Up Special To Netflix

For the second time, Aziz Ansari will release a stand-up comedy special exclusively on Netflix. The Parks and Recreation funnyman will take center stage in Live From Madison Square Garden, which will arrive on Netflix on March 6th.

As its title suggests, Ansari’s special was filmed at Madison Square Garden in New York. Ansari took the stage at “The World’s Most Famous Arena” in October 2014, when he performed there on back-to-back  nights. According to Variety, Ansari’s MSG set covers many of his usual topics, including the American immigrant experience and food.

Previously, Ansari teamed up with Netflix for Buried Alive, an hour-long stand-up special that first debuted online in November 2013. Before that, he was one of the first high-profile users of online self-distribution platform VHX.

Before releasing Buried Alive, Netflix debuted a fun trailer featuring Ansari and Seth Rogen. Before Live From Madison Square Garden‘s March 6th debut, I’m hoping for similar shenanigans. While we wait, feel free to treat yo self to Ansari’s previous performances.
