YouTube’s ‘Creator Pulse’ Newsletter Will Keep You In The Loop

Between cleaned-up comments, offline viewing, free audio tracks, and an entire music awards show meant to rival the VMAs, there will be a lot of changes arriving on YouTube over the next few months. Apparently, the top video sharing site is worried its creators won’t be able to keep up, because it is launching Creator Pulse, a newsletter that will YouTube channel owners up to date on the site’s goings-on.

Creator Pulse will be customizable and will also highlight a regular selection of notable channels. “What if you could get your hands on a digest that includes a highlight on fresh, creative uses of YouTube plus the latest in product, programs, and education? That’d be pretty rad, right?” asks a post on YouTube’s Creator Blog

. “We thought so. Today, we launched the first ever newsletter for creators, called the Creator Pulse. It’s packaged just for you.”

Of course, if a newsletter isn’t your think, there’s still the YouTube Spotlight channel, the site’s multiple blogs, and online video news sites (like, you know, this one). If, however, you feel you’re behind the times, Creator Pulse will help you keep up with the joneses.
