Phil DeFranco Headed To Phoenix, Arizona For Live Show

Philip Defranco is hitting the road. The vlogger, journalist, and Wired Sexiest Geek 2008 will host Defranco Does Arizona, a two hour Q&A special live from the Tempe Center for the Arts Theater.

Defranco is expecting a full house at the 600 seat theater, and attendees will surely arm themselves with loads of questions for the Philip Defranco Show host. Afterwards, there will be a meet-and-greet, and Defranco plans to hang around “til we see everyone that stays or they kick us out.” The ‘we’ in that quote refers to Defranco, SourceFed hosts Meg Turney and Steve Zaragoza, and two other as-of-yet unannounced special guests.

Defranco provided some bonus info about the event at the beginning of a recent PDS episode.

Last year, Defranco hosted Defranco Does Dublin, a similar event broadcast across the pond in Ireland. The full video from that event has scored more than 440,000 views on YouTube.

Defranco Does Arizona, also known as ‘Defranco Loves Dat AZ’ (stop sniggering), will go down on August 16th at 6 PM local time. There are still tickets available, including a $50 VIP option that gives buyers priority throughout the evening. This will fill up fast, so be sure to act quickly. Judging by the location, Defranco Does Arizona is going to be a hot one.
