The Smart Folks At Rev3Games Have Picked The Best Game Of 2012

Out of the hundreds of popular gaming channels on YouTube, there may not be a savvier one than Revision3‘s Rev3Games. Some are funnier, some have a better screen presence, and some are simply more expansive; however, when it comes to intelligent, well-reasoned game commentary and analysis, Rev3Games can’t be beat.

The gaming network’s level of cogent discussion is high enough that a  14 minute video featuring nothing more than three contributors sitting around a table and talking is a worthwhile watch. The video, an entry in Rev3Games’ Casual Friday

series, features correspondents Adam Sessler, Max Scoville, and Tara Long drinking champagne (aud lang syne!) and picking a Game of the Year from among their personal favorites.

The trio eventually settle on Journey, the critically-acclaimed indie darling featuring unique co-op combat and a vast open world.
