Larry Miller, longtime best friend of Jerry Seinfeld, has teamed up with Funny Or Die to present Federal Bureau of Manners, a series of PSA parodies starring Miller, Adam Corolla, and Ed Begley, Jr.
The series premise: “There’s a new law enforcement department that’s making sure that everyone out there is making sure to mind their manners.” Miller, who was just featured in Taryn Southern’s recent NSFW video, plays the “expert” behind the desk of a well furnished office (leather bound law books, a globe, and a cello—you get the picture) who introduces a particular
transgression of manners and “how to fight back”—which in every case involves a mortal attack on the transgressor by Miller in a dramatized reenactment. In each episode the aftermath is witnessed by Begley, who plays a corporate-hippie in a bicycle helmet. Two episodes have been released so far, including “The Nod” featuring Adam Corolla (who has been making the rounds online for his new book) who plays a supermarket security guard federally authorized to use lethal means to enforce politeness.
