On monday Babelgum launched Real Men Real Issues, a fictional original web series following the lives of mischief makers Matt and Nick, two friends who met as kids in detention at The Tito Puente Education Complex in New York City. Now in their 30s, they’re still single and still trying to figure out the mysteries of the modern man.
Starring Matt Ferrucci and Nick Mouyiaris, the series tackles the burning issues that plague the minds of men: girls, gambling, premature ejaculation, homophobia, and boredom.
Episodes 1 and 2, “She’s Just a Girl” and “The Bed,” have been released, with four more scheduled to follow. The series also includes companion series Ask Matt and Nick where fans submit questions via video, email, and regular mail to be answered snarkily by the hapless hosts.
