Tech conglomerate Sony has acquired a $250 million, minority state in Epic Games -- the hit publisher behind Fortnite. The investment brings Epic’s total funds raised to $1.8 billion. Venturebeat reports that Sony has taken a 1.4% stake in Epic, valuing the publisher at a staggering $17.86 billion.
