Keily Blair replaces Ami Gan as CEO of OnlyFans

There’s been a change of leadership at the top of the OnlyFans corporate ladder. Amrapali “Ami” Gan, who led the subscription service for approximately 18 months, is moving on to join a new venture called Hoxton Projects. Her successor is Keily Blair, who has officially been named as OnlyFans CEO.

Gan was OnlyFans’ second CEO; Founder Tim Stokley led the company from its 2016 inception until 2021. Gan’s stint as the top OnlyFans exec came during a period of rapid change. When she assumed the CEO role in December 2021, OnlyFans was only four months removed from its attempt to ban sexually explicit content. That decision was so unpopular that it was reversed within a week.

Under Gan’s leadership, OnlyFans solidified its status as a go-to platform for creators who are looking to sell NSFW content. In a LinkedIn post announcing her departure, Gan highlighted the $10 billion creator payout milestone OnlyFans reached during her tenure. She also praised the growth of programming platform OFTV, where creators like Lizzy Capri and the stars of The Only Way Is Essex delivered high-quality originals.

“OnlyFans is left in exceptional hands as the baton gets passed over to friend and colleague, Keily Blair to take the reigns of the organization,” Gan wrote. “What’s next? I’m off to pursue a few new opportunities – including launching a fresh venture: Hoxton Projects.”

Details about Hoxton Projects are scant for now. According to Gan, the new company “reimagines the agency paradigm to support founders and growing businesses on how to best communicate and market their purpose and competitive advantage.”

As Gan moves on to new beginnings, Blair is beginning her expanded role at OnlyFans. Before becoming the company’s CEO, she served as its Chief Strategy and Operations Officer (CSOO). Her previous experience includes roles at three different law firms.

“I am pleased to announce Keily Blair’s appointment as CEO, and to welcome Sue Beeby and Matt Reeder to our executive team,” said OnlyFans CFO and Director Lee Taylor in a statement. “Over the past 18 months, Kelly has played a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of OnlyFans and driving it towards our goal of becoming the safest social media platform. Her connection with our creator community, and her vision for the future of the platform, will ensure that we continue to disrupt and innovate the monetisation potential of the creator economy, as well as continue to appeal to creators and fans around the world.”

Beeby is taking the Chief Communications Officer title at OnlyFans after previously serving as VP of Communications. Reeder, OnlyFans’ Deputy General Counsel, will replace Blair as Chief Operations Officer.
