Hasan Piker launches a clothing line called Himbo Fitness

Calling all himbos: Hasan Piker has a clothing line just for you.

The political commentator, who streams to 2.3 million followers on his HasanAbi Twitch channel, has doubled down on his partnership with merchandising firm Warren James. His new brand, Himbo Fitness, is an activewear brand tailored to its titular physique.

The Himbo Fitness line, which includes tanktops, t-shirts, crewneck sweatshirts, and shorts, is inspired by Piker’s own body. In an email, Warren James described the brand as a reflection of Piker’s “larger-than-life persona.”

“When fans look at Hasan, they see hot political takes, not to mention an incredibly buff body,” said Warren James COO Kevin Ramsey in a statement. “Personifying his lifestyle, we created ‘Himbo Fitness,’ offering a completely new line of fitness-focused items to help followers connect with his distinctive personal brand.”

Himbo Fitness items (which cost between $35 and $65) are available through Idiologie, the online shop that Piker and Warren James launched last year. All the clothes you can buy through Piker’s personal store — including Himbo Fitness — are made by unionized employees. That is a nod to Piker’s progressive political views, which he often expresses on his stream.

The winking objectification of sexy male creators is a hot topic these days. Earlier this month, gamer Mark ‘Markiplier’ Fischbach promised to start an OnlyFans if his podcasts topped the charts. His fans quickly obliged him.

Compared to what might happen on Fischbach’s OnlyFans, Piker’s celebration of his body is a lot more PG, and he’s not the only creator to launch his own activewear line. Last month, another streaming star showed off their physique when Rachell ‘Valkyrae’ Hofstetter posed for Gymshark’s Times Square billboard. Hofstetter also curated a collection on the athleisure brand’s website.

Piker’s merchandising partner has made waves by setting up new brands for some of the biggest names in the online video biz, including Deestroying and LilyPichu. After raising $6 million in fresh funding, the firm hired Saurabh Shah as its new CEO.
