The Streamy Awards

Here Are Your 2021 Streamy Award Winners

That’s a wrap on the eleventh annual Streamy Awards, which presented more than 50 awards and honors to the folks who made 2021’s top digital content.

Like the 2020 show, this year’s Streamys went virtual: Master of ceremonies Larray and his best friend Issa hosted from the streets of Los Angeles, cruising around and welcoming fellow winners, presenters, and special creator guests to the big, bright Streamys bus.

The cavalcade of creators who joined Larray and Issa included Addison Rae, Anthony Padilla, Bella Poarch, Brent Rivera, Bretman Rock, Jarvis Johnson, Jeff Wittek, Lexi Rivera, and Tinx, while presenters included Brittany Broski, Captain Disillusion, Charlie D’Amelio, Cydnee Black, DankScole, Philip DeFranco, Quenlin Blackwell, Rhett & Link, Romina Gafur, Tai Verdes, Xavier Woods, and ZHC.

The night also featured performances from Ari Lennox singing “Pressure” and Måneskin with “Beggin.’”

A couple other noteworthy things carried over from 2020’s Streamys to 2021’s. First, MrBeast, for the second year in a row, snagged top honor as Creator of the Year. He additionally snagged a win–this time with his most recent side channel, Beast Philanthropy–in the Streamys Social Good Awards for nonprofit/NGO because he opened his own food pantry. (The Streamys highlighted #TeamSeas, too, which is MrBeast and Mark Rober‘s ocean cleanup-focused sequel to 2020 eco-restoration fundraiser #TeamTrees).

And, for this year’s show, the Streamys brought back a new segment introduced in 2020: Streamys Creator Honors, a category where “past Streamys winners honor creators whose work personally resonated with them.”

The 2021 Streamys featured Creator Honors presented to Swoop (from Bailey Sarian), Amelie Zilber (from Jay Shetty), Remi Cruz (from LaurDIY), and Jeremy Fielding (from Mark Rober).
