Former Gleam, Endemol Employees Launch Talent Management Firm With DanTDM, Twiggy Jalloh, More

Former digital talent management staffers from noted European agencies Gleam Futures and Endemol Shine have banded together to form a new talent company called MonRae Management.

London-based MonRae will represent digital creators and media companies alike, say its founders Bronagh Monahan (pictured above, left) and Elspeth Rae (right). Rae previously served as managing director of Endemol Shine U.K.’s Cut & Mustard touring unit, which created bespoke live shows alongside creators KSI, WillNE, and DanTDM. Monahan was formerly a talent manager at Gleam, and most recently worked in development and production at the BBC Studios content imprint TalentWorks.

MonRae’s roster includes: gamer DanTDM

(25 million subscribers), Swedish podcasters Jenny and David Mustard, YouTuber Nadir Nahdi, gamer Theo ‘BlackPAnthaa’ Thomas, chef John Quilter, beauty podcaster Twiggy Jalloh, esports host Adam Savage, makeup artist Sasha Pallari, financial wellness coach Bola Sol, and YouTube Gaming creator Yammy.

MonRae says it has projects underway alongside BBC Studios, Epic Games, and YouTube itself.

“Our clients have broken records, built global fanbases, made social change, written chart-topping books, and played to sold out crowds,” Monahan said in a statement. “They are superstars in their own right.”
