The Dolan Twins’ Wakeheart Brand Delves Into Candles With Healing ‘Crystal’ Collection

The Dolan Twins are getting a little metaphysical with the third outing from their Wakeheart scent brand, which has already released two fragrance collections to date.

Their latest bid is the Crystal Candles collection, which features six candles containing actual crystals that purport to boast healing properties — a fitting concept for the turbulent year we’re all facing, Wakeheart said. Each candle is priced at $36 and available now on Wakeheart’s website.

The collection is vegan, cruelty-free, non-toxic, and paraben and phthalate-free, Wakeheart says. And the candle names and scent profiles are as follows: Clarity (beach air, jasmine, salted cedarwood); Self-Love (rose, peony, pears); Positivity (strawberies, vanilla, sugar); Courage (sandalwood, iris, cedar); Relax (lavender, chamomile, apple blossoms); and Healing (evergreens, iced citrus, mountain air). The crystals contained within each candle — respectively — are: amethyst, rose quartz, citrine, Tiger’s Eye, Amazonite, and clear quartz.

“We wanted to make something that lasted forever,” the twins, who count 11 million subscribers and roughly 30 million monthly views

, said in a statement. “When the candles burn through, and the healing provided by the aroma is no longer, the energy from the crystal that is retrieved from under the wax can last forever.”

Wakeheart, which launched last year, is co-owned by the twins and the noted digital entrepreneur Kevin Gould. The first fragrance collection featured two scents inspired by Ethan and Grayson themselves, whereas their sophomore outing was dubbed the Enterlight collection, and was inspired by the the idea of being true to yourself and letting the light in. All of the fragrances are priced at $49. Earlier this year, Gould teased that the company had a number of launches and collabs planned in different product categories within the scent space.

Meanwhile, the Dolan twins aren’t the only creators to foray into the candle business. Earlier this month, beauty vlogger Jackie Aina launched a candle collection through her lifestyle brand, Forever Mood.
