FaZe Clan Is Hiring A House Manager To Oversee Its Growing Fleet Of Creator Mansions

FaZe Clan, a fleet of roughly 60 gaming creators that represents one of the most formidable and flashy esports contingencies on all of YouTube, is hiring.

The company is looking for a house manager to oversee two of the mansions it currently owns in Hollywood, where myriad creators live and work together, according to a new posting on esports job board Hitmaker. The house manager will be responsible for “managing and creating experiences for our talent and gaming houses,” according to the listing. The full-time, live-out position will require prior knowledge of property management and experience in the hospitality industry.

As Dexerto notes, FaZe Clan currently operates three wildly extravagant houses in Los Angeles: a property for its Fortnite team, an owners’ mansion, and the Clout House — where FaZe Clan member Ricky Banks lives alongside fellow influencers RiceGum, Alissa Violet, and Sommer Rae. (This breakout group, which is affiliated with the FaZe Clan, is known as the Clout Gang).

And FaZe Clan may be looking to purchase even more properties in the future to house its growing creator roster. (For instance, the company launched a public recruitment challenge last month). The house manager listing teases that the selected candidate will be tasked with overseeing the “‘opening’ of all future houses to ensure space is set up to accommodate talent.”

In addition to the house manager role, FaZe Clan is also hiring a head of talent relations and a social media manager. The head of talent will act as the liaison between talent and brands, ensuring that brand deals are appropriate and compelling, according to the listing. The social media manager will serve as the “force behind the brand strategy, creative development, communications, and execution of content and consumer interactions in the social space.”

FaZe Clan also put out the call for a head of content and programming and a talent relations manager earlier this month.
