Digital Brand Architects Hires Kirstin Enlow To Manage Top Creators In Plus Size Community

Top talent management firm Digital Brand Architects (DBA) has named Kirstin Enlow senior talent manager.

Enlow launched her career as a network manager at Studio71 in 2015, and most recently served as talent manager at Gleam Futures. At Gleam, Enlow repped health vlogger EarthyAndy, Canadian lifestyle star Alex Centomo, and Sudanese-American beauty vlogger Shahd Batal — orchestrating deals with the likes of Pantene, Urban Outfitters, L’Oréal, and Abercrombie & Fitch. She also helped spearhead Gleam’s endeavors in Australia, including the launch of its Sydney offices last year.

Enlow will not be bringing any of the aforementioned clients to DBA. In her new position, however, she will oversee the careers of five creators in the plus size fashion and lifestyle space: beauty vlogger Alexandra Thomas; model and advocate Hunter McGrady; Gabrielle Gregg and Nicolette Mason, who co-founded the plus size fashionPremme; and beauty influencer Tanesha Awasthi.

“DBA recognized the power of the plus size community early on, and has since built a formidable business around a roster of some of the industry’s most impressive and innovative women,” DBA partner and SVP Vanessa Flaherty tells Tubefilter. “We’re excited to bring Kirstin on to help steer the multi-million dollar brands we’ve developed thus far, and cultivate new and exciting opportunities for these clients.”

Adds Enlow: “I’m beyond excited to join the team to continue to disrupt the fashion, beauty, and lifestyle industries with talent that not only challenge the norm but propel representation for inclusivity.”

In May, DBA hired industry stalwart Christina Jones as vice president of talent. Jones manages some of YouTube’s top stars, including Manny ‘MUA’ Gutierrez, Laura Lee, Patrick Starrr, and Bretman Rock.
