New Episodes Of Popular Cartoon Hangover Series ‘Bee And PuppyCat’ Are Coming To VRV

New episodes of Bee And PuppyCat are on the way. Natasha Allegri‘s series, which follows the fantastical adventures of a women and her cross-species pet, will return with a new series subtitled Lazy In Space, which is set to premiere exclusively on the VRV SVOD service in 2019.

Bee And PuppyCat, produced by Frederator Studios, first premiered in 2013 on Frederator’s Cartoon Hangover channel. A year later, after smashing records with a lucrative Kickstarter campaign, Frederator rolled out a full season of Allegri’s show. It received millions of views on YouTube before the majority of its episodes moved to Cartoon Hangover Select, a subscription service that is available through platforms like VRV.

Lazy In Space will deliver a new saga from the world of Bee And PuppyCat while also featuring an updated look. For the new series, Frederator is working with Japan-based OLM, Inc., which put its visual style on display in a teaser for the show.

“Natasha’s among the most remarkable talents we’ve worked with in the last twenty years,” said Frederator Studios VP of Development Eric Homan in a press release. “She’s got such a singular creative vision, and it’s a privilege to support her.”

Cartoon Hangover Select is one of the channels included in VRV’s premium plan, which costs $9.99 per month. The subscription platform, launched in 2016, appeals to the nerdy set by bundling together multiple premium channels for a single monthly price. In addition to Cartoon Hangover Select, other subscriptions covered by VRV Premium include Crunchyroll, Rooster Teeth First, and Mondo Media.

Updates about Bee And PuppyCat: Lazy In Space‘s release will be posted on its official website.
